This is another TRUE story of a customer getting SCAM by an unethical, unprofessional carpet cleaning company. We received a call from Mrs. Rosio(a previous customer) on thursday to set up an appointment to get her carpets clean apparently she lost her notebook with all her contacts(good thing all our clients received our reminders) she really need it her 3 bedrooms clean urgentelly.

We arrived at her property and started the inspection before cleaning her carpets, during the cleaning process she starts telling us how she lost her notebook with all her contacts including our number so in a moment of desperation she calls a local company she found on the internet offering $15 per room cleaning she sets up the appointment and the carpet cleaners arrive to her home, when they got there they told her they need it to measure  the 3 rooms to see " If she qualifies for the $15 per room offer" she agreed they started measuring and quoted her $350 per 3 Small Bedrooms, she ask them what happen to the $15 per room offer their reply well your rooms needs to be smaller to qualify , when Mrs. Rosio ask them to leave her property that she won't do the cleaning with them they started to drop the price from $350 to $200 and finally to $80 she still refused and she actually had to call her husband to make them leave her property.
