It was a rainy day
Well today it was rainy day for doing carpet cleaning in Miami but i still manage to finish at least three of the appointments i had scheduled I will have to rescheduled the other 2 for some other day.
It was interesting today for the many challenges we encounter in the places we service today. First job the carpet was heavily soiled with a lot of stains from markers imagine 4 kids, I can honestly say that the carpet came out 80% better then how it was the client was happy and very impressed it took some work but we gain another happy customer.
Second job we did the carpet had heavily soiled traffic areas, the client told us the the carpet havent been clean in 5 years, well this one took a little more time then the first stop. First we gave it a good vacuuming to removed as much dry soil as possible, second we pre-treated all the spots and stains, thirdly we pre-spray our specialty traffic lane cleaner and mechanically scrub the carpet we let the cleaning solution do its work for 15 minutes and then we steam clean it with a ph-balanced fiber rinse to removed all cleaning solution residue, well the outcome was great the client was surprised as how good the carpet came out and finally we deodorized the carpet as the final touch to make the carpet smell freshly clean.
Our third stop was for quote in a mortgage company they need it clean for their main conference they will be having this month. What can i say the lady attending us told us how many drinks they accidentally spilled from coffee, coke, wine and chocolate well this one will be a great challenge but we will be prepared for it.
